Personnel Leaving Navy Yard — The Navy will relocate 507 employees from the Navy Yard to Naval Station Norfolk. The move is intended to consolidate operations and will take place over the next five years. [AP]

NoMa Housing for Homeless Veterans — A development firm and government officials will break ground Monday on supportive housing on North Capitol Street NE for homeless veterans. The 124-unit building near K Street NE will have 60 units for veterans and 77 affordable units. [DCist]
