Hill Now is closed to observe the holiday. Veterans, thank you for your service.

Multiple ceremonies are scheduled citywide, including in Arlington National Cemetery and at the American Veterans Disabled for Life Memorial.

D.C. government offices are closed, trash and recycling collection are suspended, and there will be no parking enforcement, except near the National Mall. City recreation centers are also closed.
