You Can Wash Your Dog for Free at Petco Today

Hill residents can spiff up their dogs for free today (Tuesday) at the two Unleashed by Petco stores in Ward 6.

Shoppers can use the self-serve Rub-a-Dub Dog Wash at the new Navy Yard store at 300 Tingey St. SE or the NoMa store at 1200 First St. NE for no cost with a purchase of $10 or more. Use of the dog wash usually costs $10.

Supplies at the ergonomically designed tubs include shampoo, towels and aprons, according to the Petco website. There’s no time limit for the sessions offered today only.
