Hill East Road Redesign — Three designs for Southeast Boulevard to connect 11th Street SE to Barney Circle were proposed Thursday night by the Office of Planning. The construction could create a boulevard of two or four lanes, possibly with a narrow park in the median. [Capitol Hill Corner]
