Person Stabbed on 19th Street NE

Someone was stabbed late this morning (Thursday) in Rosedale.

The stabbing occurred on the 700 block of 19th Street NE, between Gales Street and Benning Road, police said at 12 p.m. The suspect is in custody.

The victim is conscious and breathing, a police spokeswoman said. Additional information was not immediately available.
