More Snow Is Expected Tomorrow
After days of bone-chilling cold, more snow could hit tomorrow.
The forecast on Saturday calls for 1 to 3 inches of snow on Capitol Hill, according to the National Weather Service. Snow is expected to fall before 4 p.m. and then turn into a mix of snow, freezing rain and sleet. The wind chill will be as low as 0 degrees.
The Capital Weather Gang estimated there’s a 60 percent chance D.C. will see at least an inch of accumulated snow, and a 15 percent chance of 4 or more inches.
On Sunday, there’s a chance of rain before noon. Temperatures will be warmer, with a high of 42 degrees.
