Jameson is the Hill Pet of the Week. The 2-year-old American Staffordshire mix is “one of the happiest dogs in the world” and is equally happy playing tug of war and resting on the couch. Here’s the bio the New York Avenue NE shelter shared:
Hello Hello Hello! I’m Jameson and I’m a friendly, happy-go-lucky pup looking for my new best friend and a forever home! I had a rough start before I came to WHS, but you’d never be able to tell by looking at me. Sure, I have a few scars, but my wiggly greetings and constantly wagging tail are sure to convince you I’m one of the happiest dogs in the world! I’m a nice low to medium energy dude, but I also love to play. I’m a master at fetch and tug of war is my specialty! I’m also happy to just chill on the couch with you and cuddle, if that’s more your style.
I’m a smart pup too! I already know sit, and there’s just about nothing I love more than treats and making people happy, so I’ll be easy and fun to train! Just close your eyes and imagine a day with me; a relaxing walk, some cuddles, a smiling face to greet you when you get home from a long day, a game of fetch, and lots more cuddles! How can you say no to that?
