Charles Allen Will Hold Community Office Hours Friday Morning

Have a neighborhood concern you want the D.C. government to address? Tell Ward 6 Councilman Charles Allen.

Allen is holding community office hours every Friday morning, including tomorrow at Curbside Cafe. The councilman will be available to speak from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at the 257 15th St. SE bakery and restaurant.

“Each week, the councilmember holds these informal meetings in a different location around Ward 6,” a spokeswoman for Allen said in a statement. “This is a great opportunity to meet the councilmember and some of his staff … to discuss neighborhood issues.”

RSVPs can be made online, but walk-ins are welcome, too.

After starting with a cupcake truck, Curbside celebrated the one-year anniversary of its brick-and-mortar business in Hill East this fall.
