‘Ultimate Nerf Battle’ Coming to Navy Yard

(Updated at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday) The bad news is it’s just for kids.

Waterfront Church is set to host the Ultimate Nerf Battle tomorrow night, for kids in fifth to 12th grades.

The free event is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday on the second floor of the Courtyard Marriott Capitol Hill/Navy Yard, at 140 L St. SE, as Hill Rag spotted.

The event is the first Nerf battle by the church that’s just seven months old. About 50 youth are expected, Pastor CJ Monroe said by email. All equipment will be provided.

Waterfront Church holds its services at the hotel, according to their website.
