Happy Memorial Day

Hill Now is closed to observe Memorial Day. We hope you enjoy this day, whether you chose to spend the long weekend traveling or stayed home to enjoy the sunny weather.

The D.C. government will be closed. Parking meters and most parking restrictions also will not be enforced today, except along the H Street NE streetcar line. And trash and recycling collection that would normally happen today will be pushed to Tuesday.

Metro trains and buses will run on a Sunday schedule, with off-peak fares all day and free parking in Metro-operated facilities. The Orange and Silver Line trains will operate every 15 minutes, while Blue and Yellow line trains will operate every 18 minutes due to planned repairs.
