Southwest Luxury — Bernstein Management Corp has acquired Sky House East, a 266-unit luxury multi-family conversion of a former U.S. Environmental Protection Agency office tower, for $91 million. Bernstein purchased Sky House West just six months ago for the bargain price of $80 million. [Washington Business Journal]
