Police Catch Man Suspected of Tampering With Car in NoMa

A man suspected of tampering with a car near the Hyatt Place Washington D.C./U.S. Capitol in NoMa earlier today was apprehended.

The man was arrested in connection with unlawful entry and tampering with a car on private property on the unit block of N Street NE, police said.

The man fled after officers said they saw him tampering with the car. But police caught him.

The name of the man wasn’t immediately clear.
