Armed Thief Hits Southwest

A man with a gun robbed someone near the Southwest Neighborhood Library today.

The robbery happened on the 200 block of K Street SW, police said. The time when the thief struck wasn’t immediately clear. But police tweeted information about the robbery about 12:30 p.m.

Authorities said the suspect has long dreadlocks and jeans.
