Person of Interest in Robbery of Woman With Stroller Caught on Video

A man sought in connection to a robbery of a woman pushing her daughter in a stroller last week has appeared on video.

The robbery occurred near Kingsman Academy Public Charter School at the intersection of 13th and E streets NE around 12:50 p.m. Thursday, police said. Last week the victim said the thief was on a bicycle and stole her diaper bag.

Footage from a nearby surveillance camera shows the person of interest riding a black bicycle and wearing a sleeveless white shirt.
