Randall Pool to Host Doggie Day Swim on Saturday
Randall Pool in Southwest will throw a pool party for pooches this Saturday as part of the D.C. Department of Parks and Recreation’s seventh annual Doggie Day Swim.
The pool, located at 25 I St. SW, is one of three District pools that will let dogs go for a swim on Saturday from noon to 4 p.m.
Admission to the event is free, but all dogs must have a DC dog license from the District Department of Health. The dogs must also be spayed or neutered and be up to date on rabies and distemper vaccinations.
Dog owners will have to find a different way to cool off at the event, as humans are not allowed in the pool.
