Man Wanted in Hill East Motorcycle Theft Filmed Rolling Away on Bike
A man sought in a motorcycle theft in Hill East last week has been caught on video.
The theft happened on the 1600 block of Massachusetts Avenue SE about 10 a.m on Sept. 13, police said.
Video authorities distributed Friday in connection with the theft first shows a man with a beard and a black hooded sweatshirt approaching a white motorcycle parked outdoors. He then fiddled with the bike and got on it.
Once on the motorcycle, the man used his feet to help move the bike around before disappearing from view.
