Pet of the Week: Tater Tot

Tater Tot is the Hill Pet of Week. She’s a 4-year-old Corgi who loves humans and other dogs. Here’s her bio hared by her owner, Kathy Rowings:

Tater Tot may be short in stature but what she lacks in height she makes up for in personality! She is a lover of humans, particularly those who pet her, and is learning to play with other dogs, too.

Tater’s humans adopted her in January 2015 from a nice family in Pittsburgh, and she’s been living the dream in D.C. ever since! Her favorite things are the aforementioned humans who pet her, licking everything, playing fetch, chasing squirrels and nudging the phone out of your hand if you’re not paying enough attention to her.

Her kryptonite is animals on television – she rushes to the TV and barks at full volume until they go away, and looks in confusion at her humans who don’t seem to be concerned that there are strange animals in the house!

She hopes to see you at a park on the Hill one day soon!  You can follow her adventures on Instagram.
