Coveted reservations for Rose’s Luxury’s (717 8th St. SE) roof garden patio sold out within mere minutes — possibly even seconds — of going live at 11 a.m. earlier this morning.

According to the Washington City Paper, the eight- to 10-person experience costs $125 per attendee (without drinks or tip) and includes a family-style tasting menu prepared by chef Aaron Silverman. Lucky patrons who secure reservations can stretch out across the space, which features a new retractable roof.

Future reservations for the space will be booked three weeks in advance every Monday at 11 a.m.
