Chefs Erik Bruner-Yang and James Wozniuk will host chef Deuki Hong and writer Matt Rodbard for a celebration of Hong and Rodbard’s new cookbook, “Koreatown: A Cookbook” on March 9 at 7 p.m.
During the event, guests will enjoy endless servings of steamed pork and leek jjinppang buns, dakbokkeumtan, spicy braised chicken thighs and white chocolate kimchi cookies created by the seven chefs alongside cocktails and beer thanks to James River Distillery and Tiger Beer. Guests will also receive a a signed copy of “Koreantown: A Cookbook.”
Tickets are $75.
