Masked Robber Strikes in Hill East

A man with a mask and an accomplice robbed someone in Hill East last night, police said.

The robbery happened on the 1400 block of South Carolina Avenue SE about 10:45 p.m. Monday. The area is about two blocks north of Payne Elementary School.
