Hill Pet of the Week: Spike

Spike is the Hill Pet of the Week. He’s an 1-year-old terrier mix, who can be adopted. Here’s his bio shared by the Washington Humane Society shelter on New York Avenue NE:

Spike may seem like a tough guy name, but I’m just about the sweetest dog you could ever hope to meet. My hobbies include kissing babies and making strangers fall in love with me in the streets. Nothing makes me happier than meeting new friends. In close second are toys. I love to play, and I’m still young and energetic enough to play all day with you. Or we could explore the city together. Anything you want to do, I want to be right there with you. It might be nice to spend some time working on training with each other. I’m a master at sitting, but I’d like to learn lots of new things. The sky’s the limit for a smart pair like you and I.

To adopt Spike or other pets from the Humane Society, see the Petango adoption site or call 202-576-6664.
