Crime Roundup: Robber With Gun Strikes Near H Street Corridor

(Updated at 12:40 p.m.) A man with a gun robbed someone near the H Street corridor this morning, police said.

The armed robbery happened on the 800 block of F Street NE about 9:15 a.m.

Authorities said they’re looking for:

B/M, 5’11”, tall, blue & black hooded jacket, black jeans, black shoes last seen running north bound.

But the armed thief wasn’t the only robber with a gun seen since Friday.

A group of four teenage boys robbed somebody at gunpoint in the NoMa area Friday night, too, police said

The armed robbery occurred on the unit block of K Street NW about 10:30 p.m. Friday.

Authorities described the suspects as:

Four B/M 15 years of age. One suspect wearing tan pants and armed with a handgun. One Suspect wearing a black shirt with white lettering.

Tw0 would-be thieves also stabbed a man after they tried to snatch his bag on the H Street corridor Friday afternoon, police said.

The incident happened on the 1000 block of H Street NW about 1:30 p.m. Friday.

Authorities haven’t released any suspect information.
