Stabbing Reported in Southwest

The stabbing happened on the unit block of P Street SW about 8:45 a.m.

The victim and another person were arguing when the attack occurred, according to authorities.

The victim was brought to a local hospital for treatment.

Both individuals were arrested in connection with the incident. But it wasn’t immediately clear who they were.

According to authorities, other crime in the Capitol Hill area since Friday night included:

  • A robbery on the 400 block of 14th Street SE about 11:30 p.m. Friday. Police are looking for:

B/M…5’7-5’9…160-180 LBS…B/M…L/S WEARING A BLUE JACKET…CARRYING A BLK DRAWSTRING BACK PACK.

  • A robbery with a gun on the 1700 block of East Capitol Street NE about 1:45 p.m. Saturday. Police are looking for:

2 B/M’s Suspect (1) 20-25 years, wearing red shirt, white pants and black jacket; Suspect (2) 5’1, 120lbs, wearing black mask, black jacket, blue jeans, blue foamposites and dark complexion. Fled in red 2 door Acura.

  • A violent robbery on the 400 block of 8th Street NE about 11:30 p.m. Saturday. Police are looking for eight to 10 boys and girls, but haven’t released detailed descriptions of the suspects.
  • A violent robbery on the 1200 block o I Street SE about 7 p.m. Sunday. A kid was arrested in connection with the crime.
  • A robbery with a gun on the unit block of L Street NW about 8:30 p.m. Sunday. Police are looking for two boys, but haven’t released detailed descriptions of the suspects.
  • A robbery with a gun near the intersection of 8th and E streets SE about 11 p.m. Sunday. Police are looking for two young men with masks, but haven’t released detailed descriptions of the suspects.
