Man Shot Near Miner Elementary School

Someone shot a man about two blocks south of Miner Elementary School last night, police said.

The shooting happened on the 1600 block of Isherwood Street NE about 11 p.m. Monday.

The victim was conscious after the attack, according to authorities.

Police haven’t released any suspect information.
