Preservation Celebration

Join the Smithsonian’s National Postal Museum on Thursday, April 28, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. as we celebrate National Preservation Week!
Visitors are encouraged to bring in their own keepsakes for personalized preservation tutorials with our Preservation and Collections team. The staff will also bring out artifacts from NPM’s collection storage to show examples how we store treasures in our own collection. Additionally, visitors will have the opportunity to play a fun game identifying the Agents of Deterioration!
