Southwest DC Waterfront Boat-Home Tour

Southwest’s colorful community of floating homes will open its doors to visitors on Saturday, Oct. 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The self‐guided tour at Gangplank Marina takes visitors inside up to 18 of the most fun and unique homes in D.C. Owners and docents will also be available to answer questions about the boat‐homes and the liveaboard lifestyle.

This is only the fourth time that the homes of Gangplank Marina have ever been open to the public, and the chance to tour this unique community is not to be missed. And, proceeds go to support local charities in Southwest!
