“Chef Wendi James has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Illinois and is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, the world’s largest and most renowned culinary school. Upon graduation, Wendi worked at Restaurant Daniel NYC, The Inn at Little Washington and Charlie Trotters Chicago. She is now the Chef & Chief Rutabaga of Rutabaga Sweets where she teaches people of all ages and skills how to cook.
