You will cook tropical sea food, vibrant fruits & vegetables and employ a rainbow of Caribbean spices.

He was knighted a Chevalier to the Confrerie de Vin de Saint Vincent in the Cotes du Rhone, France for his work promoting organic and biodynamic food in the region in 2007.”
