You will cook tropical sea food, vibrant fruits & vegetables and employ a rainbow of Caribbean spices.

“Chef Haskell is a native of the South Carolina low country, has an affection for southern cooking and gardening, and has cooked in restaurants in Europe, Asia, & South America, as well as Washington, DC and the USA. He was knighted a Chevalier to the Confrerie de Vin de Saint Vincent in the Cotes du Rhone, France for his work promoting organic and biodynamic food in the region in 2007.”
